Modular

Triennial is a modular family of chairs that will allow you to create the ambience you have envisioned. The most striking feature of Triennial is its shell, which is made out of two fully upholstered parts. The 'separate' backrest cushion fits snugly against the seat.

The 4-legged Triennial Classic chair is ideally suited to be used as a conference chair. The chair is stackable which makes it suitable for dynamic environments. We call it the Classic because it was the first design of the series. The 4-legged chair has already proven itself and is known for its high level of comfort and excellent design.

Create your own ambience

Triennial Classic can be ordered without armrests or with steel or upholstered armrests. This chair is easily personalised due to the many colours and fabrics you can choose from.

Waste as a resource

The manufacturing process of Triennial has become so efficient that we can even use the excess material. Nothing goes to waste! The excess material is sorted by colour and is then processed into acoustic panels. This means that, if you were to acquire Triennial chairs, you can also give the excess material of the production process a place in your office. With the added benefit of better acoustics and remarkable visual effects.

SUSTAINABILITY

Gispen believes firmly in its circular model, which is why we already took account of returns and reuse of components and materials when we designed Triennial. Gispen stands for high-quality products and takes responsiblity for their entire lifespan, while reducing waste production for as far as possible. When a Triennial product is at the end of its lifecycle, we will give it a new function or refurbish it into a product that is as good as new.

Make Triennial even more sustainable and opt for a durable fabric. We work with many fabric suppliers, of which some use hemp-based or recycled plastic materials. We even make acoustic panels out of the excess fabric!
